Honda India finally uncover it's tough suv , Honda Elevate.This will be available for booking from the next month and launch this car in festival.

Here is the comparison between Honda elevate and maruti suzuki grand vitara.

Dimensions 

The Honda Elevate SUV measures 4,312 mm in length , 1,790 mm in width , and 1,650 mm in height . It also has a wheelbase of 2,650 mm. On the other hand , the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara measures 4,345 mm in length , 1,795 mm in width , and 1,645 mm in height and has a wheelbase of 2,600 mm .


Powertrain 

Honda Elevate has been introduced with a single powertrain option . This is a 1.5 - litre DOHC i - VTEC petrol engine that is available with a six - speed manual gearbox and a CVT as an option . This engine is good for churning out 120 bhp of peak power and 145 Nm of maximum torque . This engine is the same one that works under the hood of the Honda City midsize sedan .

On the other hand , the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara gets energy from 1.5 - litre petrol engines , available in two different displacements : 1,462 cc and 1,490 cc . There is a CNG and hybrid option with this model . The SUV gets transmission options of a five - speed manual gearbox , a six - speed automatic gearbox and an e - CVT . The 1,462 cc petrol engine churns out 101 bhp of peak power and 136.8 Nm of maximum torque . The 1,490 cc engine kicks out 91.18 bhp of peak power and 122 Nm of torque .

Exterior features.

Exterior of the suv include big signature grill with sleek LED headlamps and DRLs.Head-up design of elevate with new bumper design.The side profile shows its sporty and chunky charecteristic with flared almost square wheel-arch and thich plastic cladding.Rear of the car shows distinctive tailgate design, new tail-lamp setup with LED and newly design rear bumper.Bootspace of this car is 458 litres.

Maruti Grand Vitara features the latest design language from the Japanese carmaker with a tri-unit LED DRLs on the bonnet and the main LED headlamp cluster on the edges of the bumper, there is a massive grille in the centre with a chrome-finished Suzuki logo, a sturdy skid plate lending an imposing road presence. The side profile is dominated by elegant alloy wheels and roof rails in addition to body claddings while the rear section has the latest connected LED taillamps with a glass panel in between.

Interior and safety features.

Interior of Honda elevate includes large Digital Infotainment System, Digital Instrument Cluster, Amazon and Alexa Connectivity, Height Adjustable Driver’s Seat, 8-Speaker Premium Audio System, Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Wireless Charging, 360-degree Camera, G-Meter, All Four One-Touch Power Windows, Voice Commands, Honda SENSING ADAS Functions like Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS), Road Departure Mitigation System (RDM), Adaptive Cruiser Control, Lane Keeping Assist System, Traffic Sign Recognition, Blind Spot Information System, Cross Traffic Monitor, Auto High-Beam Headlights and more.

Maruti Suzuki grand vitara features including a large Touchscreen Infotainment System, a Digital Instrument Cluster, Leather-Wrapped Steering-Mounted Controls, Automatic Climate Control, Head-Up Display, a 360-degree Camera, 6 Airbags, Leatherette Upholstery, Connected Car Tech and more.

Price

The Maruti Vitara starts at Rs 10.70 lakh ex-showroom. The price announcement of Honda Elevate will come out during the festive season. However, it is reported that the ex-showroom price will be around 11 lakhs.
