MG Comet is the most affordable and small electric car in india. The comet is gaining popularity after its launch in india and many people has received the delivery of the car.

Misfortune happened with all new MG Comet EV in According to source, the crash between the Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS and MG Comet EV happened at a cross road in ankleshwar, Gujarat.The Comet was at a high speed and crashed into the Grand i10 NIOS.

The result shows a lot of damage to both cars. However, no one got injured in the crash. The MG Comet had a head-on collision and the airbags in the car worked perfectly. Both the passengers came out of the vehicle without a scratch.Hyundai grand i10 NIOS damage occurred in driver door pannel, front bumper,right side of headlamps. While Comet EV damage occurred in front bumper and headlamp.

It offers a range of 230 km according to official figures. Battery takes approximately 7 hours to charge from 0 to100% using a regular home socket. The company provides a 3.3 kW charger with the car.
