California based electric car maker Fisker has announced to launch limited edition electric suv named Ocean electric suv. Fisker will be bringing this car in Top-spec extreme version, which will be limited to just 100 units.Indian spec extreme edition is called the Ocean Extreme Vigyan Edition.This suv will be approved in September 2023 for India, Deliveries will start by the fourth quarter of 2023. 

Fisker Ocean powertrain 

The Ocean Extreme Vigyan is powered by 113kWh battery pack that gives power to 2 electric motor which produce 572hp and 737Nm of torque.Fisker claims a 0-100 kmph achieve in less than 4 seconds and 707 km range in a single charge which is the highest claim range in suv.

Key features of the Ocean SUV are the vegan interiors, recycled carpets from regenerated Nylon, Recycled rubber, Solar panel on roof to increase range, 17.1" revolving touchscreen, digital rear-view mirror, powered tailgate, 360-degree camera, Front & rear heated seats, Different drive modes like Earth, Fun, Hyper, ADAS feature, 3D surround sound system, powered tailgate, ultra shallow light, big three spoke alloy wheel.

The Fisker Ocean EV prices are expected to range between Rs 60 lakh to Rs 1  crore.The Ocean EV will rival the Audi Q4 e-tron and tesla model Y.
