Tata punch EV is the another electric car offered by Tata motors to fill the gap between the Tata tiago EV and Tata nexon EV.Tata punch EV has been spotted while chargining at public EV station.

Tata punch EV features

Tata punch EV 2023 come with minor changes in exterior design of the Micro suv.Major update in the Tata punch EV have a charging port at the front integrated with front grille.Tata punch EV gets squared wheel arches, heavy side cladding, sleek alloy wheel design like those on Tata Tiago and Tigor, an extended roof spoiler, LED taillights, rear wiper.Exterior of the car is almost same as old Tata punch.

Tata Punch EV interior gets an major changes like electronic parking brake, rotatory gear selector knob same as Tata Nexon EV, armrest, refreshed dashboard design, a touch based climate control, a purple interior theme same as Tata nexon facelift,  a new 2 spoke steering wheel same as Tata nexon facelift spied.

Tata Punch EV Expected Range

The official data is not reveal by the company but according to source Tata punch EV range is 300km in a single charge but still it is mystry.

Tata punch EV powertrain

Tata punch EV is based on the ALFA platform with Tata's gen-2 EV architecture. Tata will likly to use Tata's Zipton powertrain which has a synchronus motor powering the front wheel.Tata Punch EV could get two battery pack options and it is also expected to get multiple braking regeneration modes just like other Tata EVs.We can expect to get different driving modes : Eco, City and Sport.

Tata punch EV is expected to launch in this festive season and would compete with Citroen eC3.

Tata punch EV expected price could be starts at Rs 12 lakh (ex-showroom) and it will be the premium alternative to Tata tiago EV.
