2024 Skoda Superb Sedan Unveiled! Jaw-Dropping Upgrades and Eco-Friendly Interior
Updates to the current Skoda Superb sedan have been highlighted by the company as "clever" and "aimed at further increasing the convenience quotient of the model." Essentially a facelift, the 2024 Skoda Superb has received attention paid to its exterior appearance as well as improved body dimensions.
The new Skoda Superb will hit dealerships in select markets starting next year, and if the model lives up to its lofty promises, it might be well worth the wait. This is true of both the liftback saloon and the estate body styles.
Skoda has gone all out in terms of technical features, offering the 2017 Superb with petrol, diesel, mild-hybrid, and plug-in hybrid technologies. The petrol engine is available in two tunings, 201 hp and 261 hp. The diesel unit is also available in two power levels: 148 hp and 190 hp. All variants include a seven-speed DSG automatic transmission.
The Skoda Superb's cabin features a 13-inch primary infotainment system and a 10-inch driver display known as the Virtual Cockpit. Subsequently, a Head-up Display is present, along with a rotary push-button that regulates air conditioning, seat ventilation, AV volume, drive modes, and magnification levels for navigation purposes. Sustainable materials are prioritized, and according to Skoda, interior textiles are composed entirely of recycled polyester. Although the automobile does contain leather, the manufacturer emphasizes a novel and environmentally sustainable tanning technique that utilizes coffee seeds.
