 Toyota has unvieled its two land cruiser suv : Land Cruiser 250 and retro-styled LC 70.LC 250 will be sold as " Toyota LC Prado" in other market globally.Toyota LC Prado is based on recently launched Lexus GX suv, a modular TNGA-F architecture. The LC Prado will rival with Ford Bronco, LR Defender and Jeep Wrangler. The Prado has design influence that mimics cues from almost all generations of past Land Cruiser.

Toyota has completely redesigned the Land Cruiser, which now gets a modern retro design.The LC has a more traditional and boxy exterior design and silhouette, modern elements such as the LED headlamps and sculpted body work.  It measures 4,920mm in length and 1,870mm in height, and has a 2,850mm long wheelbase.The new model is 4.4 inch narrower and 1.2 inch shorter than the previous model, which is claimed to make it a more capable off-roader.

Toyota has also unveiled the 2024 Land Cruiser with a hybrid-only powertrain option. It gets a 4-cylinder, 2.4-litre turbocharged petrol engine which is paired to an electric motor and 1.87 kWh battery pack. Power is delivered via an 8-speed automatic transmission and the powertrain produces a combined output of 326 hp and 630 Nm of torque.Toyota's advanced 4WD system which will be offered as standard equipement.The LC 70 also gets  2.8-litre four-cylinder diesel powerplant
