Toyota Rumion 

Toyota india has announced to launch a new MPV for indian market, named Toyota Rumion.It is the rebadged version of maruti Suzuki Ertiga which is the best selling MPV in indian market.The price and booking amount of toyota rumion has not been announced yet, announced it later on car launch.

Toyota Rumion: Exterior

Toyota has made some changes in exterior of the Rumion like gets toyota style grille with chrome accents, toyota logo at centre of the grille, large airdam with chrome accents, new design front bumper, new foglamp housing, new design 15" dual tone machined alloy wheel,side of the car will be the same as maruti Ertiga, rear of the car will be almost same as Ertiga.

Toyota Rumion will be available with 2 engine options:

  • 1.5-litre four cylinder NA petrol engine produces 101bhp of power and 136.8Nm of torque.
  • 1.5-litre four cylinder turbo petrol engine generating 86.63bhp of power and 121.5Nm of torque.

both the engines gets 5-speed manual gearbox as a standard and petrol engine also gets an optional 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission.Toyota claims the rumion petrol has fuel efficiency of 20.51kmpl and the CNG has 26.11km/kg.

Toyota Rumion: Expected price and launch date

Toyota Rumion is expected to be launch in Oct-2023, with price of  Rs8.8 lakh to Rs 10.7 lakh.Toyota Rumion comes with a standard warrenty of 3 years/ 1,00,000 km.
