It is predicted that Kia would soon introduce the Kia Sonet facelift sub-compact SUV in India. Images of the updated Sonet have been leaked on social media before its authorised unveiling. The photographs have shown the Sonet's new surface design and all the alterations the SUV will experience in its new icon.
According to the leaked photos, the new Kia Sonet facelift sub-compact SUV won't receive significant design modifications. In contrast to the new Seltos introduced in July, the alterations are actually quite little. Since the Sonet SUV's debut three years ago, this will be its first significant update. Redesigned front bumpers and headlight clusters with modified LED DRL units are a couple of the alterations that stand out right away. The taillight units have also been updated and will now include a connected LED light bar at the back. The alloy wheels still mainly have the same design.

A 1.5-liter diesel engine with an automatic or iMT gearbox is another option from Kia. The engine can produce a 116 horsepower and maximum torque of 250 Nm .
In the sub-compact segment, the 2020 debut of the Kia Sonet facelift pits it against vehicles like the Tata Nexon, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, and Hyundai Verna, among others. For the new Kia Sonet's launch, Kia has not yet provided a launch date.
