Nissan India has announced to launch Nissan Magnite AMT (EZ-shift) in India with introductory price of Rs 6.50 lakh (ex-showroom). Nissan has opened the booking for the Magnite AMT with token amount of Rs 11,000 both online and at dealership pan-india. Nissan Magnite is available in four trim options: XE, XL, XV, XV Premium trims. The Automatic manual transmission is also available in recentely launched Kuro Edition. Nissan Magnite AMT is powered by 1.0L petrol engine generates 71bhp of power and 96Nm of torque.As the name suggest engine is mated with 5-speed AMT gearbox.Driving modes for the Magnite EZ-Shift gearbox include automatic and manual. It has anti-stall, kick-down, and a creep feature that enables you to drive the vehicle at a low speed by releasing the brake pedal without using the accelerator. Along with Hill Start Assist, it also comes standard with Vehicle Dynamic Control.

The EZ-Shift's ARAI-certified fuel efficiency is 19.70 km/l, compared to the manual version's 19.35 km/l.

New dual-tone paint options for the Nissan Magnite include blue with a black roof. Nissan will only make the new paint choice available on the Magnite AMT's higher-specified models. The 'EZ-Shift' badge being added to the bootlid is the only other small change.
