The BMW iX1 equipped with the company's xDrive all-wheel drive system and bmw ix1 range of up to 440 kilometers on a single charge. The iX1 has quick acceleration thanks to the automaker's fifth-generation eDrive technology, reaching 0-100 kmph in only 5.6 seconds. A 66.4 kWh bmw ix1 battery pack, two electric motors—one on each axle—and an AWD technology that distributes power to all four wheels propel this electric vehicle. The electric luxury SUV has a top speed of 180 kmph, a maximum torque of 494 Nm, and a peak power of 308 horsepower.

Rapid charging technology is included with the new BMW iX1. The bmw ix1 battery pack can be charged from 10% to 80% with a 130 kW DC fast charger in approximately 20 minutes. According to BMW, a rapid charger charge may provide a vehicle a 120-kilometer range in just 10 minutes. The battery pack may also be fully recharged using an 11 kW AC charger in around 6.3 hours.

In terms of design, Following BMW's current design philosophies, the electric luxury SUV exhibits a sleek appearance. It sets itself apart from conventional fuel-powered X1 versions with a kidney-shaped BMW grille that is virtually square and has a sleek black panel and conspicuous 'i' branding. Innovative adaptive LED headlights for its sector, square-shaped wheel arches, 18-inch M light alloy wheels, a roomy rear diffuser, and L-shaped LED taillights are a few notable aesthetic elements.

BMW ix1 colour options for non-metallic is Alpine White and for metallic Space Silver,  Black Sapphire, and Storm Bay are also available.

BMW ix1 interior is equiped with 10.7-inch touchscreen infotainment system operated by bmw idrive operating systems, 10.25-inch touchscreen digital instrument cluster. The interiors feature a reclining rear bench and an aluminum "Mesheffect" surface with chrome accents. The bmw electric suv has other upholstery choices available, including Veganza Perforated Mocha and Veganza Perforated Oyster. The characteristic blue ring finisher logo contrasts with the M Sport leather on the steering wheel. The bmw ix1 boot has a capacity of 490 liters. BMW ix1 features include two-zone climate control, front seats with message functions, a Harmon-Kardon sound systems with 12 speakers, a panoramic sunroof, 6-ambient lighting modes, adaptive LED lights, automatic tailgate operations.
