Volvo all electric car EM90 MPV powered by 116kWh battery which generates 265hp power and 700km range in single charge.
Volvo, a Swedish automaker, has unveiled its all-electric EM90 MPV, which is powered in the same way as the Zeekr 009 MPV, a Chinese import. The Volvo electric car will debut in China before being introduced to other regions across the world.
The Volvo EM90 has the brand's characteristic LED DRLs and a split headlight design, so it's easy to tell that it's a Volvo at a glance. The MPV has a bright Volvo emblem in place of a grille. Towards the rear, the Volvo electric car receives vertical tail lamps, while the electric MPV sits on either 19 or 20-inch wheels.The EM90 features dual-chamber air suspension and what Volvo terms "silent" tires in addition to what the company describes "top-notch sound isolation and road noise cancellation technology."

The EM90's automatic folding doors conceal a plush interior. The MPV's initial offering will be a 6-seat model with optional second-row captain's chairs and foldable tables. Both the height and recline of the seats may be adjusted electrically, and there is also a massaging feature. A 15.6-inch display is put in the roof for the use of the backseat passengers.The Volvo electric car comes equipped with a variety of high-tech features, including a 15.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 21-speaker music system, a fully digital instrument cluster, wireless charging, climate control, a dual-pane sunroof, 360-degree park assist, and advanced driver assistance systems.They have haptic control panels for the temperature and other features, as well as foldable tray tables.
Volvo highlights the sophisticated features of the EM90's voice assistant, saying that "with one command, you can easily turn the interior of the EM90 into a theater, a meeting room, or a bedroom for the rear seats." Screens, seating, windows, air-conditioner and illumination will all be modified accordingly".
The Volvo EM90 has a range of 700 kilometers thanks to its 116kWh battery pack, which generates 265 horsepower. Volvo boasts that the all-electric EM90 MPV can accelerate from 0 to 100kmph in 8.3 seconds. The Battery-pack is capable to charged from10 to 80% in leass than 30 minutes.

The EM90 will first go on sale in China. The Swedish automaker is yet to reveal where else the MPV will be offered, but it did reveal that the Duett estate from 1953, the EM90's ancestor model, was a huge hit in the United States and Scandinavia. No information regarding whether or not Volvo Cars India will provide this EV MPV has been released as of now.
